As always, we at Hawaii Kai Computer Guy strive to provide the highest level of skill, knowledge and expeditious manner. Therefore, we have taken it upon ourselves to once again raise the standard and excel by providing telephone (voice) notifications whenever there is a computer virus outbreak.
Although we currently take a proactive approach and quickly provide such information via the HKCG Virus Center and Hawaii Kai Computer Guy Virus Warnings (email), we realize that many of our "On-Call" Clients may not see those messages before the damage occurs.
The pre-recorded notifications will average about 2 minutes in duration and provide news about the virus, worm or hoax including it's name, file attachments, message content and any other pertinent details.
The goal of this new complimentary service is to arm you with awareness before you sit down to use your computer and help minimize the chance that you are affected.
In the future, we may also utilize this service to announce changes in service and holidays/scheduled time closed.
